Good to know
Supplies, safety and cancelling
I have all my own cleaning supplies. I do use my clients' broom, mop and vacuum because of sanitary reasons, and I can bring these items upon request. For yard work, you supply the items: mower, edger, rake and so on.
If you have mold, bug infestations, aggressive animals, chemicals or the home isn't safe, please let me know as soon as possible before I come. Safety is number one priority for everyone.
If you need to cancel for any reason, there is a cancellation policy: less than one day's notice carries a $50 fee.
